B. Responsibility for Account Activity

FieldVue is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.

Prohibited Uses Include:
- Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Attempting to access or modify non-public areas of the system
- Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code

- Using the Services to create competing products or datasets
- Automated scraping, mining, or harvesting without permission

5. User Content
“User Content” refers to any data, files, forms, images, reports, notes, or other materials uploaded or submitted to the Services.
A. Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content.
B. License to FieldVue
By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

- Use User Content to operate and improve the Services

We do not sell User Content or use it to train external/third-party AI systems.
6. AI Features
FieldVue offers AI-powered features that may interpret, transform, or generate content.
You acknowledge that:
- AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect limitations in model training
- You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated results
- FieldVue is not liable for decisions made based on AI output
AI features should not be used for situations requiring legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or other professional advice.
7. Integrations & Third-Party Services
You may choose to connect FieldVue with third-party tools (e.g., CRMs, scheduling platforms, payment processors).
You understand that:
- Integrations are optional and may be provided by third parties
- FieldVue is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or data practices of third parties
- Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies
We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or errors caused by third-party integrations.
8. Subscription Plans & Billing
A. Payment
Some features require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
- Provide accurate billing information
- Allow FieldVue or its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method
B. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology within the Services are owned by FieldVue or our licensors.
You may not:

- Use FieldVue branding without written permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the system
10. Termination

Upon termination:

You may also terminate your account at any time.
