Privacy Policy
FieldVue provides a mobile-optimized quoting platform for paint contractors, available at fieldvue.ai (the "Site") and through the FieldVue application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you request beta access, create an account, or communicate with us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and information about your business (such as your current quoting tools and estimating challenges). When you use the Service, we store the content you create — quotes, customer records, pricing configurations, service items, and related project data.
Payment information. Payments through the Service (including subscription billing and contractor payment collection via ACH or card) are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials on our systems.
Information collected automatically. We may automatically collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, and usage activity within the Service, through cookies and similar technologies. We also use advertising and analytics tools (such as Meta and Google services) that may collect information about your interaction with our Site and ads.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Review and respond to beta access requests
- Set up and support your account, including onboarding and training
- Communicate with you about your account by phone, email, and — if you have opted in — text message
- Process payments and subscriptions

SMS/Text Messaging
By opting in through the consent checkboxes on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from FIELDVUE at the phone number provided, according to the consent you gave: non-marketing/informational messages (such as beta access, account updates, and quote notifications) and/or marketing and promotional messages.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up for or purchasing the Service.

- The FieldVue SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18.
- We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for SMS service providers acting on our behalf to deliver messages.
Your Customer Data
Contractor account holders may store their own customers' information (such as homeowner names, addresses, and contact details) in the Service. That data belongs to the contractor. We process it only to provide the Service — for example, generating quotes, sending quote notifications the contractor initiates, and processing payments — and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service — such as cloud hosting, customer relationship management and communications software, SMS and telephone service providers, payment processors, and email delivery services — solely so they can perform services on our behalf
- Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) in connection with measuring and improving our advertising, subject to their respective privacy policies
- Legal authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and the Service. By creating an account, requesting beta access, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FieldVue provides quoting, pricing, proposal, and payment tools for painting contractors. Information on the Site — including production rates, pricing defaults, and margin targets — is provided as configurable business tooling, not as professional, financial, or pricing advice. You are responsible for the prices you quote and the work you contract.
2. Accounts and Beta Access
You must provide accurate information when requesting access and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. During the beta period, features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as we develop the Service.
3. Pricing and Payment
FieldVue Core is free during the beta period. Founding participants accepted under our launch offer retain the advertised locked monthly rate for as long as their subscription remains continuously active. Post-beta pricing for other customers may differ and may change with notice. Subscription fees, when applicable, are billed through our payment processor. Payments you collect from your own customers through the Service are transactions between you and your customer; FieldVue and its payment processors facilitate processing but are not a party to your contracts with your customers.
4. Your Content and Customer Data
You retain ownership of the quotes, customer records, pricing data, and other content you create in the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the right to store and use the customer information you enter, and for complying with laws that apply to your communications with your customers.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in through the consent checkboxes on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from FIELDVUE as described in the SMS section of the Privacy Policy above, which is incorporated into these Terms. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt-out and HELP for help; consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering the platform, reselling access without authorization, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service — including its software, design, production rate library structure, and branding — is the property of FieldVue LLC or its licensors. Except for your own content, no rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including during the beta period. We do not warrant that quotes generated through the Service will be accurate for your costs, market, or profitability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FieldVue LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon termination you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
